Our professional service fees at MiamiPropertyServices.com are customized to each of our client’s needs and property investment type. Below is a general schedule of our fees.
Our monthly management fee:
Single family homes, town homes and condominiums: $75.00 per month while property is tenant occupied. There is no fee while property is vacate (although all management services are still provided) if our real estate division is marketing the property for a tenant as a listing.
Multi-unit residential property:
2 to 4 units $75.00 per unit occupied by tenant
5 units $60.00 per unit occupied by tenant
6 unit or greater $50.00 per unit occupied by
Startup monies required at Commencement of the Agreement: Multi-Unit complexes or buildings will be priced independently.
Eviction Services are pricing $875.00 for non-property management clients $675.00 for property management clients including:

No hidden fees, everything disclosed up front.
No termination fees. If you wish to cancel service just give us a 30 day notice.
Multiple property concessions: For each new property that a client brings to us, we credit the first month’s management fee for free. We also will give a free month’s management fee for referring new property owners to us. Please read and review the Management Agreement for additional information.
